Tender description

Aberfeldy Development Trust (ADT) wishes to employ a suitably qualified consultancy to assist them to develop affordable housing at the Slaughterhouse Site (SHS) in Aberfeldy which meets the requirements and needs of the community, ADT and of key stakeholders. The successful development consultancy service will assess the feasibility and initial deliverability of the project. The expectation is to develop the project to meet the requirements of the community, ADT and other key stakeholders up to the point of pre-construction and the submission of applications for funding.
