Tender description

Convert two-classroom modular unit on site to accommodate Fàs Mòr Out of School Club, nursery, and provision for 2-year-olds. Internal works required in demountable to bring up to Care Inspectorate standard for under 2-year-old, nursery and after school provision. External works required around demountable to form secure outdoor play space. Due to the extremely tight deadline and the shortage of contractors in the area, a local contractor has been directly engaged to ensure that the work can be completed in the required timescale.
