Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a contractor for the Replacement of existing Building Management System (BMS) with new updated system at Tonbridge Cottage, Hospital, Vauxhall Lane, Tonbridge, Kent, TN11 0NE The following must be valid at the time of bidding and for the duration of all construction works: All Bidders must be Constructionline registered to 'Silver' level with a "verified" status. The Installer must be NICEIC or NAPIT registered The Installer must be BS7671 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certified The Bidder must have successfully carried out similar types of work at healthcare (NHS or Private), and educational buildings in a 'live environment' within the last 5 years Site Visit Date: 13 December at 1100 hrs Alternative Site Visit Date: 15 December at 1100 hrs Contract Type: JCT Minor Works Building Contract with contractor's design 2016 Edition Expressions of interest (EOI) must be submitted via the Procontract procurement portal (Proactis) under opportunity number DN643448.
