Provision of Rating Consultants for 2023 Non-Domestic Rating Revaluation

Tender description

NWSSP on behalf of all NHS organisations in Wales seeks to establish a contract for Professional Services (in the case of Lots 1&2 Chartered Surveyor professional services) to support the 2023 Non-domestic Rating Revaluation. A consultant is required to establish full rating assessment details for each Health Board and/or Trust property and undertake a rating survey of each site and manage the whole appeals process on behalf of these organisations. Lot 1: The acute, secondary and ancillary NHS Wales estate NWSSP on behalf of all NHS organisations in Wales seeks to establish a contract for Chartered Surveyor Professional Services to support the 2023 Non-domestic Rating Revaluation. Lot 2: The NHS Primary Care and GP surgery estate in Wales NWSSP on behalf of all Local Health Boards in Wales seeks to establish a contract for Chartered Surveyor Professional Services to support the 2023 Non-domestic Rating Revaluation. A consultant is required to establish full rating assessment details for each Health Board and GP surgery properties. Undertake a rating survey of each site and manage the whole appeals process on behalf of these organisations for NHS primary care and GP surgery estate in Wales. Additional information: The Contracting Authority is undertaking the procurement on behalf of Swansea Bay University Health Board (UHB), Aneurin Bevan UHB, Betsi Cadwaladr UHB, Cardiff & Vale UHB, Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB, Hywel Dda UHB, Powys Teaching Health Board. Lot 3: Rate Audit Service and other associated rating initiatives for NHS Wales acute, secondary, ancillary, primary care and GP surgery properties in Wales Various NHS freehold and leasehold and GP surgery properties throughout Wales.
