Tender description

This project involves creating three sections of new footway, which will form part of Natural England Coast Path (Section 53 - between Easington to Filey Brigg). The three sections are as follows:- • Mappleton to Rolston Sands – creation of a approx 220m section of footway adjacent to the B1242 (North of Mappleton) including drainage and fencing works, • Cliff House Farm to Mappleton - creation of a approx 470m section of footway adjacent to the B1242 (Near Cowden) including surfacing works, • Intack to Cliff Road – creation of a approx 850m section of footway adjacent to Holmpton Road, Hollym including kerbing, surface water drainage and minor culvert works. This work will be funded in full by the England Coast Path Establishment Grant 2022/23. Approval required from Natural England before the works commences on-site.
