Tender description
A 25m section of masonry wall at the Castle Emplacement walkaway is to be reconstructed on a piled foundation. Settlement is believed to be the primary cause to progressive deterioration of the existing masonry wall. The surface water drainage and outfall in the vicinity of the damaged section are believed to be defective and of insufficient capacity therefore these are to be replaced/enhanced as part of the proposed works.
