Tender description
<p>ORE Catapult is extending its operations at its Blyth site to create a Technology Development Centre (“TDC”) by refurbishing a storage shed, currently known as Shed D. The aspiration for the refurbished building and the new office space is for it to both reflect and inspire the innovative and renewable energy creative nature of the business. ORE Catapult require the fabric of the building to be refurbished and to create a two (2) story office space within the building.</p> Keywords: mechanical, furniture, hydraulics, building refurbishment, electrical, steel work
