Tender description
Delivery of wave 1 social housing retro-fit progamme - PAS2035 process and retrofit of energy efficiency and zero-carbon heating measures The appointment of three suitably qualified installers (as a minimum with PAS2030:2019 Trustmark accreditation and qualifying material systems) and professional services providers (as a minimum with PAS2035 Assessor and Design accreditation) to deliver retrofit of insulation measures in 109 social homes where FHDC are the landlord in and around the towns in the district. The measures are funded by the wave 1 social housing decarbonisation fund (SHDF) and by FHDC funds Direct Award via Fusion 21 Decarbonisation framework Lot 1 Whole House Decarbonisation - Vinci Construction UK Limited & United Living Ltd Lot 1 Energy Efficiency Framework - Insulation Limited
