Tender description

Refurbishment and Associated Minor Works to both occupied and vacant dwellings for South Dublin County Council. The Framework Agreement will be issued for a period of 2 years (the Framework Period), SDCC reserves the right to extend the framework period year on year for a further 2 years, for a maximum duration of 4 years or a limit of €2m per Lot whichever is reached first. Lot 259770: LOT 1 - Tallaght (North) Quotations must be submitted online via the electronic postbox on www.etenders.gov.ie before 4pm on December 12th, 2022.
