Multi-Party Framework for Supply and Installation of equipment for all Outdoor Fitness Hubs/Spaces, including calisthenics, MUGAs, Agility Trails, Parkcour & any ancillary works & supplies

Tender description

The framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for supply and installation of specified combined callisthenic and outdoor fitness equipment on a resin bound safety surface, at 5 locations in public open spaces and parks within the remit of Fingal County Council. Details to be provided at stage 2 of the process. €8,000,000 over the life of the framework. The initial job will be awarded to the first ranked Tenderer following stage 2. Drawdown from framework for subsequent works will be cascade < €200,000 and mini competition > €200,000. Details will be provided at stage 2. Drawdown from framework for subsequent works will be cascade < €200,000 and mini competition > €200,000. Details will be provided at stage 2. Even if this Framework Agreement is established, the Contracting Authority, may procure the work and supplies in other ways and does not guarantee that any work will be procured under this Framework Agreement.
