Upgrade and replacement of all electrical and mechanical services. The Tender is in 2 Lots. Lot 259547: Larkspur Park Nissan Hut Development Phase 1a Partial Refurbishment & Extension of the Existing Nissan Hut at Larkspur Park including full services upgrade and all associated works.Please provide full price for the works proposed in Phase 1a. Please note that only one set of support Documents are required which will cover both lots. Lot 259548: Larkspur Park Nissan Hut Development Phase 1a part 2 Maintenance Shed Extension to Existing machinery & Storage Shed to the rear of the existing Nissan Hut at Larkspur Park.Provide full price for the new extension to the existing Shed. Only one set of support documents are required which will cover both lots.
