Design and Refurbishment Works to 3 Modular Buildings at Beechcroft Infant School for Swindon Borough Council Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the Design and Refurbishment Works to 3 Modular Buildings at Beechcroft Infant School. The full refurbishment works and ancillary requirements cover 3 modular buildings as follows: • 2 Single Modular units: Each unit consists of Classroom, Reception and 2no. single toilets • 1 Double Modular unit: Consists of 2no. Classrooms and reception area, without toilet facilties The initial contract term will be for 12 months as stated in the ITT documents. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
