NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework NHS SBS intends to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Audio Visual Solutions & Integrated Operating Theatres and related Goods and Services for Healthcare to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. Lot 1: Audio Visual Solutions & Integrated Operating Theatres 2 NHS Shared Business Services is looking to renew a framework for its Approved Organisations for all their Audio Visual requirements. The provisional scope of this framework is listed below, and it is intended that these points may become the individual framework Lots. • Multi Disciplinary Teams Conferencing Rooms, supply delivery and installation of Audio visual products enabling teams to meet remotely or on site for diagnostic and discharge purposes • Integrated Operating Theatre Systems, supply delivery and installation of Audio visual products bringing 4k, 8k, 16k HD technology into operating theatres for diagnostic and training purposes • Digital Signage, delivery and installation of hardware and software for patient information purposes • Bedside Entertainment Systems, supply delivery and installation of interactive bedside entertainment equipment providing interactive TV, Wi-Fi, catering services to patients • Patient Check-In Kiosks, supply delivery and installation of patient check-in kiosks, allowing patients to Self check-in for GP or hospital appointments upon arrival • Audio Visual Hardware & Software Supply, delivery and installation of general AV products and solutions
