7th Raven produces a range of high end RTD cocktails. Due to growing demand we have need to expand our current production capacity. This is planned to involve the new incorporation of in-line gas infusion of the product, and semi automatic packaging. Lot 259969: In-line Gas infusion system A system that can infuse gas into the finished product at a rate of 1000-1500 Litres an hour. Product will be pumped directly from mixing tank, then after infused with gas will be pumped out to packaging systems Lot 259971: Semi-automatic counter pressure bottling machine Bottling system rinses bottles, uses a counter pressure system to fill bottles, and then can apply screw caps to bottles. At least 400 bottles an hour is target capacity and CIP capability are a necessity. Lot 259972: Semi-automatic keg filling machine Semi-Automatic system capable of filling 30L unikegs at a rate of 50 kegs and hour. Our company only uses one-way recyclable kegs.
