This tender is to be completed by a main contractor. Dick Hearns Centre CLG (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to the Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of Goods and Services as described in Section 6 of this RFT (the “Goods and Services ”). The public procurement competition (“Competition”) will result in a contract. The Dick Hearns centre is under construction adjacent to the Sports Complex Centre Ballina. The superstructure is erected and the walls are built. The structural ground floor is installed. The first floor and stair and roofing and cladding are installed.
