Tender description

The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires the external and internal refurbishment and alteration works to a detached property to convert into temporary assisted living accommodation. The property has been designed to promote independent living. The Works will include External Wall Insulation, extending existing roof, sprinkler system, electrical, new fascia soffits & RWG’s, new kitchen & bathrooms and general ancillary works of refurbishment in the Vale of Glamorgan (“the Works”). The Works will be in accordance with this Invitation to Tender and JCT Intermediate Works Building Contract 2016 (“the Agreement”).
