<p>The London Borough of Bromley (LBB) are in the process of redeveloping the existing West Wickham Library.&nbsp; It is a mixed-use development in West Wickham, London Borough of Bromley, comprised of the following:</p> <p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Extension and Refurbishment of West Wickham Library</p> <p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Delivery of 26 homes (14 affordable and 12 private sale)</p> <p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Upgrade and adoption of a service road.</p> <p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Delivery of landscaping and public realm works.&nbsp;</p> <p>The tendered works are split into three lots, which include:</p> <p>LOT 1 – Library,</p> <p>&nbsp;LOT 2 – Housing and Road, and</p> <p>LOT 3 – All Works.</p> <p><strong>Tenderers must select one Lot for tender only</strong>.</p> Keywords: Construction, Refurbishment, Road upgrade, Landscaping
