SPS-10875 Gymnasium Refurbishment at HMP Dumfries – Phase 1

Tender description

This project includes for the refurbishment and modernisation of a number of areas within the existing Gymnasium building at HMP Dumfries, including the changing areas, staff office and weights room, as part of a larger planned phased upgrade/refurbishment of the Gymnasium building. The works will include building alterations and upgrade/replacement of existing finishes/fixtures and associated Mechanical & Electrical services to modernise the existing facilities. The Works are programmed to commence early 2023. Existing exercise equipment will be safely stored and re-used The SPS has commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the Single Procurement Document (SPD) will be published by SPS and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses will then be evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT.
