Tender description

The scope of the proposed works comprises the safe removal and disposal of existing combustible Trespa Meteon high pressure laminate cladding panels, including KT15 Kingspan insulation with timber studs, fitted to 6No Residential Blocks of Flats up to a height of 25m. The design, supply and installation of an external RockPanel Cladding System in lieu of the existing combustible Trespa cladding and insulation materials, to satisfy the Building Regulations. In addition, the works also include installing new associated cavity fire barriers and fire stopping around windows and doors. Note to Tenderers: Access to specific Tender documents (the technical specifications and other related items which are considered to be of a sensitive nature): Tenderers will note, that in order for the Authority to release these documents which are necessary for consideration and preparation of a Tender response, the Non-Disclosure Agreement (Confidentiality Agreement) ITT Section1A., will need to be signed by the Tenderer and submitted to the Authority by upload using the correspondence function on the SE Shared Services e-Sourcing portal. Tenderers will then be sent, via the correspondence function of the e-Sourcing portal, the technical specifications and other related items which outline the sensitive details and reports of the site. Accordingly, with regard to the Tender documents listed in Table 3., of the ITT document, THE AUTHORITY SHALL PUBLISH ONLY THE FOLLOWING TENDER DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE SIGNED NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT. • ITT Section 1 -(this document) • ITT Section 1A - Non-Disclosure Agreement • ITT Section 2 - the proposed Contract Agreement • ITT Section 2A - the proposed Contract Preliminaries • ITT Section 4 - the Pricing Schedule • ITT Section 5 - the Technical Questions • ITT Section 6 - the Suitability Assessment Form SUBJECT TO THE AUTHORITY BEING IN RECIEPT OF THE TENDERER'S SIGNED COPY OF THE NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT, the Authority shall issue the remaining Tender Documents as listed in Table 3 of the ITT Section 1 document: TENDERERS ARE THEREFORE STRONGLY ADVISED TO SIGN AND RETURN THE NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT AT THEIR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE, BUT NOT LATER THAN FRIDAY 16TH MAY at 5.00pm.
