To appoint a contractor to undertake fire compartmentation and associated refurbishment works to remediate issues within the low-rise housing stock to identified in fire risk assessment reports across the Kirklees borough. Lot 1: North Kirklees Package To undertake a series of Fire Risk Assessment Remedial Works to the Northern Low Rise Blocks in Kirklees. Lot 2: South Kirklees Package To undertake a series of Fire Risk Assessment Remedial Works to the Southern Low Rise Blocks in Kirklees.
