Tender description

The contract is for services in respect of the procurement of new rolling stock including but not limited to the development of the financial evaluation strategy and supporting the development of the Business Case. Lot 1: Commercial Services in supporting the procurement of new rolling stock. The services include, but not limited to developing the financial evaluation Strategy for PQQ and ITN submissions.
