Tender description
The City of York Council is looking to appoint an experienced vehicle recovery company to provide recovery and storage in a safe and secure manner, avoiding civil liability in negligence resulting from acts and/or omissions carried out by the supplier in line with the Refuse Disposal Amenity Act 1978 and the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
