Demolition of existing school and removal of existing prefab classrooms. Demolition of single storey metalwork building located adjacent to the Ceard Scoil building. Construction of new three storey school consisting of 20 classrooms, 5 specialist rooms, 4 science laboratories, 2 arts and crafts rooms, home economic room, 3 construction engineering rooms, library, GP hall, MP hall, special needs units, admin offices, pastoral rooms, toilets etc. and ancillary spaces. Site works including 90 car parking spaces, set down areas, landscaping, 4 No. ball courts, football pitch and site boundary treatment.
