Tender description

Provision of strategic advisory services to support through a partnership model, the ongoing development, implementation and review of the investment strategy of Merseyside Pension Fund (£10bn AUM), in accordance with LGPS regulations. Deliverables from the strategic adviser will include advice on funding & risk objectives (in conjunction with the Fund's actuary), advice on strategic & tactical asset allocation, appropriate target-setting (incorporating the Fund's climate & sustainability goals) and support on monitoring progress against strategic objectives. The service provision under this contract is expected to cover two of the Fund's triennial valuation cycles.
