Tender description

sportscotland has successfully delivered five cohorts of the Scottish Sports Leaders Programme (SSLP) through an externally appointed consultancy with 81 participants, to support the leadership development and capability of senior managers from across Scottish Sport. Participants have come from Scottish Governing Bodies, Local Authorities and Leisure Trusts as well as internal sportscotland employees. sportscotland was looking to procure a contractor or contractors to continue this programme. Lot 1: sportscotland Leadership Programme Lot 1 - Senior Managers Lot 1 - The programme will support up to 30 senior managers and can be delivered in small groups, over two cohorts. Due to the potential geographical spread of the participants, consideration may be given to inclusive methods of delivery and making content available pre and post workshop. Residential and in-person events will be preferred. Lot 2: sportscotland Leadership Programme Lot 2 - Chief Executive Officers Lot 2 requires that Executive Coaching support be provided for identified CEOs from SGBs. Recipients of support will be identified by sportscotland. Establishing an SGB CEO Peer Network will be led by the successful Tenderer with support from sportscotland.
