Tender description

The works will include the demolition of existing internal walls, ground and first floor structures, removing ceiling finishes, retain and reinforce existing structural roof timbers, strip out existing mechanical and electrical systems, remove external yard structures, remove all existing doors and windows and existing finishes, remove roof finishes (including asbestos cement tiles), install new ground floor slab, new blockwork walls, new fire rated support beams and Comflor deck to First Floor, new floor, wall, floor and roof finishes and internal partitions, new windows and doors, new stairwell, new extension to rear with flat roof, new coverings to existing roof, new boundary wall and yard layout, new services installations, etc.
