Improvement works to the existing car park at Spellman Park Kildavin, including The provision of tarmacadam to proposed access roadways, The delineation of parking areas using precast kerbing, The provision of surface water drainage The provision of concrete footpaths The provision of additional lamp posts and LED lights Resurfacing of the spectator viewing area with hardcore Resurfacing the existing car park with hardcore, Providing road markings to the circulation roads The provision of a new vehicular entrance and relocation of existing pedestrian entrance Works to the existing entrance and boundary wall Provision of vehicular barriers at viewing area and dressing room access path Provision of biodiversity strip to both sides of the existing playing field. Replacing existing external security lights with LED bulbs Replacing existing bulbs within the existing building with LED bulbs with the exception of the indoor playing area. The works are to take place on the site of a GAA Club. The playing field and existing building complex is to remain accessible throughout the works.
