Short Description of Tender: Civic Building Maintenance and Minor Works to Civic Buildings, Depots and ancillary buildings for South Dublin County Council Lot 1 and Lot 2 The Framework Agreement will be issued for a period of 2 years (the Framework Period), SDCC reserves the right to extend the framework period year on year for a further 2 years, for a maximum duration of 4 years or a limit of €2m per Lot whichever is reached first. Lot 1 – CIVIC General Maintenance Contractor. The typical value range for these contracts would be €250 - €10,000 (excl. VAT) Lot 2 – CIVIC Minor Works Contractor Framework The typical value range for these contracts is €10,000 - €250,000 (excl. VAT) Lot 219971: Lot 1 – CIVIC General Maintenance Contractor Quotations must be submitted online via the electronic postbox on www.etenders.gov.ie before 27th August 2021 at 4pm.
