Tender description

External gutter, downpipe and fascia replacement to designated areas, including removing existing boss render and replacing render to match existing. Internally new sport flooring to be laid in games hall, investigative works to corridor screed, with new vinyl flooring being installed to corridor, and female changing area. Full mechanical & electrical works to be including replacing boiler, pipework, heating, radiators, ventilation, lighting and emergency lighting. ; all works to be carried out in phases to suit Leisure facility requirements with associated temporary works to provide segregation.
