Tender description

Carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report in properties directed by the CA. Carry out electrical upgrade works as directed by the CA. Comply with The Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (Tolerable Standard) (Extension of Criterion) Order 2019 with regards to fire protection in domestic properties. Carry out an EICR in 2242 domestic properties throughout Livingston and West Lothian, including 119 communal blocks, over a 4-year period. Carry out electrical repairs as identified in the EICR as instructed by the CA. Upgrade fire detection to LD2 standard in properties identified as requiring upgrade at time of EICR.
