River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake Aids & Adaptation Works. River Clyde Homes are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to support us in undertaking Aids & Adaptation Works within our properties. There are approximately 150 referrals a year, with the main work streams involving: - Bathroom adaptations (wet floor shower rooms etc). - Minor adaptations (handrails, grab rails, etc). It is envisaged that the successful company will be allocated on average three adaptations a week. Only companies who have the requisite resource to meet this requirement should submit a tender response. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
