Tender description

An ESPO national framework agreement which offers customers access to an extensive range of building supplies including general building materials, paint, kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing materials, fencing and electrical items. To express an interest: (a) Go to https://www.eastmidstenders.org/; (b) Register (if not already registered on ProContract); (c) Search for tender opportunity '12_23' (via "View Opportunities" from the 'EastMidsTenders' Portal); d) Express an interest. Lot 1: One Stop Shop: operates on a discount-off list price and covers products from lots 2 - 8, allowing customers to award to one supplier for all their building supplies requirements One Stop Shop for customers to purchase products from multiple Lots. Lot 2: Building Materials: includes but is not limited to products such as timber, aggregates, ironmongery, roofing, doors, windows, tools, and hardware such as screws and plugs General Building Materials - Bricks, sand, cement, tiles etc. Lot 3: Plumbing and Bathrooms: includes but is not limited to products such as boilers, gas spares, radiators, piping, valves, connections, boilers, radiators, bathroom suites and spares Plumbing Equipment, Bathrooms & Sanitary ware - taps, showers, screens, baths, basins, cubicles gas, pipes, radiators, boilers etc. Lot 4: Kitchens: operates on a discount-off list price for the supply of kitchens, including products such as cupboard units, worktops, taps, and sinks in various materials Kitchens - units, sinks and taps. Lot 5: Electrical: includes but is not limited to products such as indoor and outdoor lighting, consumer units, cables, connections, switches, sockets, and smoke alarms Electrical - Fittings, cables. Lot 6: Paint and Associated Products: covers the Supply of paint and associated products, including various paint types, varnish, primers, brushes, and filler Paint and Decorators materials. Lot 7: Fencing: includes but not limited to metal & timber fencing and gates, such as welded mesh, bow top, vertical bar fencing, knee rail fencing, hit & miss boards, security fencing, & playground fencing Fencing Wooden + posts and gravel boards and Metal fencing for supply. Lot 8: Small Plant Items: covers the supply of small plant items to purchase such as hand-held power tools and small construction equipment such as cement mixers and wacker plates Small plant items such as drills, grinders, saws, and cement mixers for construction / maintenance works.
