- 3 -7 and 19 Portland Villas Refurbishment Project

Tender description

University of Plymouth is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake a full refurbishment of properties at numbers 3,4,5,6 and 7 as well as 19 Portland Villas. These properties are located on the main campus site and are designated for continued office use. There is a need for refurbishment of flooring, decoration, lighting, internal repair, emergency lighting. It is expected that the works will be undertaken in two separate phases. Phase 1, which will include the properties at 3,4,5,6 and 7 Portland Villas will commence in spring of 2022, whilst Phase 2, the property at 19 Portland Villas is expected to commence in summer of 2022.
