WP3829 - Demolition of Council Buildings - AWARD

Tender description

The Council own a number of buildings located within the borough of Walsall and over time some buildings become either uneconomical to maintain or are no longer required. As a result the Council is seeking a contractor to demolish six vacant buildings, listed below. o Club House - Broadway West Playing Field o Family Centre - Dale Street o Neighbourhood Office - Sneyd Hall Road o Table Tennis Club - Victoria Park o South Walsall Library - West Bromwich Road o Changing Rooms - Darlaston FC The Council is looking to appoint one contractor for this Contract, with works envisaged to commence from October 2022 onwards. The procurement process being used is a mini-competition under the Pagobo Framework for Demolition and Land Preparation - contract reference AVP-RBC-1001. The Pagabo Framework Fee of 0.9% must be included for Works. The tender must be submitted by 12 noon on Friday 12 August 2022.
