Tender description

Partial removal and replacement of existing roof coverings and gutters, including associated mechanical and electrical works, replacement of rainwater pipes, drainage work and works to internal ceilings. The Works comprise the preparation and overlay of existing roof coverings with new liquid applied waterproof roof coating to roof 1, the preparation and replacement/overlay of existing roof coverings to roofs 2, 3 & 4 with a new single layer POCB roof covering system. Contractor Designed roof insulation to roof 4. Replacement/repairs to existing gutters. Replacement of internal rainwater pipes with associated alterations to existing ceilings and M&E systems to facilitate access. Removal, replacement, and alterations to existing roof mounted mechanical plant, fans etc. and alterations to external lighting. Alterations to existing external below ground drainage system to suit new proposals with associated site works.
