Southern Water Prefabricated Warehouses - Logistics Market Engagement

Southern Water's network design has indicated we need a building solution in 11 locations. We are seeking providers of prefabricated warehouses that can be used as permanent storage solutions located on Southern Water sites. The warehouses should, be cost-effective and offer shorter lead and assembly times compared to conventional buildings. We are looking for buildings with a long design life, that offer weather protection, racking, power and options for insulation and heating. The buildings should be able to be erected on concrete, tarmac or Type 1 sub-base materials. They should be less than 200 square metres in area and less than 5m in height, so that planning permission is not required. In addition, the solution provider will be able to manage, supply, install, test and commission the associated services including lighting, heating, racking et cetera.
