<p>Durham County Council is currently completing a Leisure Transformation project that will see significant sums invested in the centres. The purpose and mission are to improve wellbeing and access to facilities across the community. In tandem, and linked to the leisure transformation project, has been the development of an in-house catering brand that will provide a platform for the provision of food and drink delivered by the Council across its catering operations. Durham County Council is seeking to procure a catering system that can match the ambition and vision of the Leisure Transformation project.
