The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the renovation and refurbishment of 6 no. council properties in Holyhead at the following addresses;1. 58 Ffordd Beibio, Holyhead2. 11 Newry Fields, Holyhead3. 6 Beach Close, Holyhead4. 30 Tan Yr Efail, Holyhead5. 6 Bryn Glas Road, Holyhead6. 11 Llanfawr Road, HolyheadWe will assess this requirement by asking for previous experience of similar contracts being delivered. Please provide a portfolio of previous work. During the tender scoring process, only commissions completed within Wales will be considered.Tender documents may be accessed via the 'documents' tab on sell2walesQuestions and requests for clarification must be done via the sell2wales Q&A function.Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 26/07/2022.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
