Library Management System Cymru Pre Procurement Support

Tender description

LMS Cymru is a joint working arrangement of 20 of the 22 Library Service Authorities within Wales, to share a Library Management System to manage customer records, collection catalogues and transactions. The current system Sirsi Dynix’s Symphony solution was procured by the National Procurement Service Wales in August 2015 with a rolling programme on implementation across the member authorities from August 2016. The contract is due to end in December 2024 and the consortium are now looking to start work on the re-tendering specification for procurement of the replacement system, informed by the 2022 Actica options appraisal report.The consortium are seeking a suitably qualified person(s) to assist with the pre-procurement phase of the re-tendering work that will aim to finalise the specification document.
