Tender description
Multi trade reactive maintenance contract This is a stop gap contract for a reactive repairs service and is required as our existing contractor has went into liquidation. A service is to be provided every day and out of hours cover is to be in place for reactive repairs to properties and common areas at various locations within the Association's geographical area.
