Award of Main Construction Contractor for SRUC's Dairy Nexus

Tender description

You are invited by SRUC to tender for pre-construction services in respect of SRUC’s Dairy Nexus to be located at Barony Campus, DG1 3NE, in terms of, and in accordance with this Invitation to Tender (ITT). The contract, if awarded, will initially be under PCSA. The future construction contract will be NEC4 Engineering Construction Contract main option A. This will be a two-stage design and build contract, with novated design team members. SRUC does not guarantee or otherwise undertake to appoint the successful Tenderer for the construction stage due to the second-stage Project Proposal/Tender not being accepted, or for any other reason. This ITT is issued under Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM6088, Construction Works and Associated Services, Lot 2.4 Scotland Construction Works (£3 - £10m).
