Proposed Internal Alterations and Refurbishment Works at Cotswold District Council

Tender description

Cotswold District Council has adopted a policy of hybrid working, resulting in more home working for staff. The Council has decided to reduce the office space it occupies and to rent out the vacated space to new tenants. The works set out in this ITT will enable the Trinity Road offices to accommodate staff in the east side of the building and tenants in the west side; comprising refurbishment and alteration works. The works are anticipated to commence in February 2023 and will need to co-ordinate with roof replacement works in the same area, which are due to commence at the end of 2022. A timeline for the co-ordinated works is set out under 'Programme and interaction with other works' in Appendix 3.
