Tender description

Replacement of existing LTHW heating and domestic water services within the main boiler plant room. Replacement of existing LTHW heating and domestic water services within the main boiler plant room consisting of: 1. Replacement of existing gas service installations from the existing retained meter onwards; 2. Replacement of existing building management system (BMS); 3.Conversion of existing tank fed cold water down services to direct mains fed; 4. Alterations to existing LTHW heating installations within the Health Centre building, and the installation of new LTHW heating distribution circuits. These works shall also necessitate the complete removal of 2Nr remote boilers within the Health Centre building, together with all associated installations; 5. Installation of a new localised electric water heater within the Staff Kitchen area of the Health Centre building; 6. Installation of new end of line temperature sensors on existing domestic water services pipework within the Health Centre building; 7. Removal of existing services equipment, materials, ancillaries, etc. rendered redundant, which will necessitate phased removal accordingly.
