Design Development & Construction of Consumable Warehouse at BASF Premises, Breasclete, Isle of Lewis

Tender description

HIE is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide construction services for the delivery of a Consumable Warehouse at BASF, Breasclete, Isle of Lewis. The project will involve undertaking all construction and site management works from the current design status through to completion. The tenant BASF Pharma (Callanish) Ltd engaged a Design Team to take the project from inception to Stage 4 and production of the Tender Pack. This will include Planning Permission and Building Warrant. The Contractor is to take the project from this stage on a Design Development and Construct basis. The works comprise the construction of a Consumable Warehouse [approx. 540m2] with all associated infrastructure including utility connections, car parking, access roads, landscaping, designed service duct extension etc. Internally the Consumable will be fully fitted out, including racking, etc.
