Part 1 The Scottish Ministers currently occupy the 1st and 2nd floors of Endeavour House, Greenmarket, Dundee which extend to c 1,355.15 sq. m. on FRI lease terms which expire on 2 March 2023. As part of our future estate strategy, Scottish Ministers are now seeking to appoint an adviser to represent their interests in the negotiation of a new lease or lease re-gear in this location. Part 2 Scottish Ministers are seeking to appoint an adviser to represent their interests in the negotiation of a new short-term lease / licence agreement for temporary laboratory accommodation in Aberdeen.
