<p>This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is for a Small Works Framework Agreement and is issued by Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult (<a href="https://ore.catapult.org.uk/about/">https://ore.catapult.org.uk/about/</a>) and shall cover the requirements of ORE Catapult and its Trading Subsidiaries.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>This PIN is for market research purposes only to determine the level of interest.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>This PIN will not be used to reduce timescales in the future procurement process</p> <p>The Small Works Framework Agreement will be divided into the following Lots and shall cover requirements at ORE Catapult site in Blyth, Northumberland only:</p> <h3><strong>Lot 1 – Small Construction Work</strong></h3> <p><strong>Lot 2 – Plumbing &amp; Heating</strong></p> <p><strong>Lot 3 – Electrical</strong></p> <p><strong>Lot 4 – Plastering</strong></p> <p><strong>Lot 5 – Painting &amp; Decorating</strong></p> <p><strong>Lot 6 - Joinery</strong></p> <p><strong>Lot 7 – Steelwork &amp; Ironmongery</strong></p> <p>No volume or value of work is guaranteed from any Lot within this Framework Agreement. However, based on historical spend, the potential value, for the total four (4) year duration of this Framework Agreement, could be in the region of £2,500,000.&nbsp;&nbsp; Interested parties are to note that there will be a cap of £100K applied to any individual contracts awarded from any Lot within this Framework.&nbsp;&nbsp; Any requirement(s) above this amount will be tendered as a separate requirement.</p> <p>Tenderers are to be aware that funding for any contract awarded from any Lot within this Framework Agreement may be provided by ERDF, Innovate UK &amp; other private sector sources</p> <p>Please note that no further information regarding this Framework Agreement is available at this time.</p> Keywords: Steelwork & Ironmongery, Construction, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting & Decorating, Joinery
