Restoration of Grade 1 Listed Windmill, works to include (but not limited to):- Restoration works to the Cap, including realigning, reseating bearings and repair/replace timber roof shingles.- Restoration works of the Break unit, including identifying suitable repair, replacement, cleaning & preparing existing structures.- Restoration works to the Sails, including suitable repair and redecoration of timber sections, protective coatings and treatment and redecoration of steel sections.- Repair masonry fractures to the outside surface of the tower.
