Fire Safety Upgrade Works to Trudies Catering Kitchen Ltd, Unit 5, Unit A, Waterford Road Business Park, New Ross, Co. Kilkenny Y34 WF25. The works comprise of a new timber stairs to the first floor level, strengthening of the first floor for increased live and dead loads, installation of fire doors, automatic opening vent to escape stairs, enclosing stairs in 30 minutes fire resistant construction, new floor finishes and new level access and egress facilities for Part M compliance.
