Tuath Housing is seeking to appoint a works contractor to complete the refurbishment works to residential units in Colmcill Terrace, Granard, Co. Longford. The works will comprise of internal stripping-out and sundry demolitions, rear extensions, roof structure repairs, new roof finishes, new external windows and doors, new internal floor wall and ceiling finishes, replacement electrical plumbing and heating systems, new kitchens and bathrooms and ancillary external works.
