Tender description
The refurbishment of the existing Lassen House at the ARC will provide updated training facilities, new welfare facilities for female recruits and operators, upgraded welfare facilities for male recruits and operators, improved office spaces and storage facilities. The works shall include the reconfiguration of existing spaces, including the removal of existing partitions, the formation of new door and window openings, and the installation of new partitions, furniture, fittings and sanitaryware. The replacement of several existing windows, installation of new internal doors, refurbishment of existing doors and installation of new flooring, and paintwork is also proposed.
